LENDING GUIDELINES

 Patron must be 18 years or older, have a current library card and valid photo ID be a resident of Lovington and be in good standing with the library.
       
        *Loan period of 2 weeks
        *No Renewal
        *Late fee of $5 a day (Fine free week does not apply)
        *Holds are allowed - Held (3) days before becoming available to another patron.
    
All Kindles must be checked out and returned to a staff member at the Information Desk; all components must be present upon return before it is checked in.  If returned in the book drop, the user will be charged $25 fee.

            I accept responsibility for all materials, equipment and electronic devices checked out on this card.  I agree to be personally liable and legally for the violation of any and all rules, regulations and ordinances pertaining to library use.
